Dr. Neralla has been with Pulmonary Associates of Richmond since 2005.  His medical interests include Interstitial Lung Disease and Critical Care Medicine.  Dr. Neralla is an avid tennis player and mountain climber. He is also a Cub Scout dad.  Dr. Neralla is married with 3 children.

Dr. Neralla works closely with a team of APCs (Advanced Practice Clinicians). These APCs train with Dr. Neralla and work under his supervision to ensure that all patients receive timely high-quality care. Dr. Neralla spends half of his time working in the hospital and so he is not always available in the office, but one of his APCs will be available to take care of you.
