Candice Ocampo worked as a Surgery Trauma Registered Nurse at VCU Health System for five years. Simultaneously, she completed her master’s degree in nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2015 and became certified as an Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She comes to Pulmonary Associates of Richmond after completing an advanced care practitioner fellowship program with a specialty focus in Pulmonary Medicine at Carolinas Healthcare System in Charlotte, NC. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
